The Game Changer Podcast

Inspiring you to make a difference.

Oct 24, 2016

Christy Mishler has been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. She has managed gyms in the Elkhart, Indiana area and was the Health and Wellness Director for the local YMCA, and for the past seven years, has owned and operated her studio, Fitness Training Unlimited.  She is a Certified Professional Life Coach with Christian Coach Institute (CCI), a certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach with American Council on Exercise (ACE).  Christy is also certified in Spinning, PiYO and Kick Boxing, and hold an Associate’s Degree from Bethel College – with a concentration in Exercise Science.

In this episode Christy asks me questions about where the name Inner North Star came from, what I say to people who are too busy to get their life under control, and people who claim they can’t meditate. This was a lot of fun, and Christy is a great sport for stepping up on a moments notice, and coming on to this podcast.  If I lived anywhere near Elkart, Indiana, I would take every class she teaches.  Great energy!

Inner North Star: Your own inner guidance, that when you listen has every answer you need.  Quiet all the noise, listen to your voice, and trust your guidance.  Whatever question you are pondering, you have the answer, right now- in this moment… trust yourself.
