Andrea Waltz is the co-author of Go for No! Yes is the Destination, No is How You Get There. After hitting #1 on Amazon’s “Sales” List, it has remained in the top 20 of all books on ‘Selling’ ever since. Along with her partner Richard Fenton, Andrea has made it her mission to liberate people from fears of failure and rejection, sharing an entire new mindset about hearing the word NO.
“What would you do, if you knew you couldn’t fail?” I’m fairly certain, most of us have heard that line before. There was a time when I thought it was a brilliant question. However the truth is, it’s that line of thinking which keeps so many people limited. The real question should be, “Why are you letting your fear of failure stop you?”
We need to reframe how we think about failure and our absurd need to try to avoid it. In my conversation today on The Game Changer Podcast, I have the incredible pleasure discussing this very topic with Andrea Waltz, co-founder of “Go for no”. If you are someone who has put off doing something because you have a fear of failure, rejection, or putting yourself out there and taking a risk- please listen to this show!

Best piece of advice: Find a way to want to fail more often.
The one thing you believe to be true: Everything that’s great that will happen, it just takes longer than you think. “Persistence is the twin sister of excellence, one is a matter of quality, the other is a matter of time.”
